Dominican two-time world champion Alberto "La Avispa" Puello (25-1, 11 KOs) scored a third-round technical knockout victory over Colombian Miguel Ángel Bolaño (10-5, 7 KOs) in a super lightweight bout at the Carlos "Teo" Cruz Coliseum.
Some sources confirmed a possible fight for Puello against world champion Dalton Smith this coming October.
In an eight-round super lightweight bout, Osiris Rodríguez (13-0-1, 11 KOs) defeated Kevin Guerrero (10-1, 10 KOs) by knockout 34 seconds into the fifth round.
In a six-round super bantamweight bout, Keury Alcántara (2-0, 1 KO) unleashed his power to defeat the experienced Adrián Morel Solís (12-7, 9 KOs) by knockout in the fourth round.
Miguel Méndez (5-0, 3 KOs) defeated the experienced Carlos Beras (11-11-1, 7 KOs) by knockout at 2:46 of the second round in a super lightweight bout.
Peter Pascal Rodríguez (3-0, 3 KOs) defeated Alexander Ferreras by technical knockout at 2:30 of the second round in a super lightweight bout.
