Clarion, Yanon suffer KO losses in Japan

SOUTHPAW James Clarion of Bukidnon and Abubakar “The Bomb” Yanon of General Santos City both suffered separate losses in Japan.

Yanon suffered an 8th round technical knockout to Hayate Kaji last July 4 at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo.

It was Yanon’s third loss against eight wins while Kaji improved to 17 wins, 11 knockouts and two losses.

Clarion, on the other hand, had a 6th round knockout loss to Reon Fujino of Japan last July 5 at the Sangyo Hall in Japan.

Both Clarion and Yanon took their first foreign fights in Japan.
