Mexican WBC President Mauricio Sulaimán was present at the Superclásico of world football between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid. He was one of the special guests in the legendary Camp Nou presidential box, watched by millions of fans around the world.
Sulaimán recalled that the legendary Mexican footballers Rafael Márquez, who played for Barcelona, and Hugo Sánchez, who played for Real Madrid, are part of the history of Spanish and world football with their extraordinary performances in the Spanish league.
"I am proud to be here in this legendary stadium, at the best Clásico in world football, with two of the greatest clubs in the world and in history," said Sulaimán, accompanied by Spanish world qualifier Sándor Martín.
Sulaimán shared the moment with the presidents of LaLiga, Javier Tebas, and the RFEF, Rafael Louzán, as well as Jaume Collboni, the mayor of Barcelona, among others.
Finally, FC Barcelona beat Real Madrid FC 2-0 to win the Spanish League championship for the 29th time.
