As promised, the sixth episode of Sanman Boxing’s bubble series rained brawls and knockouts. In the main event, Adam Diu Abdulhamid was crowned new Philippine Welterweight Champion by stopping Jason Egera in the eighth round. Abdulhamid’s relentless attack was just too much for the Negrense veteran.
In the supporting bout Michael Casama stopped Joe Tejones in the second round. Meanwhile, Olympian Mark Anthony Barriga decisioned Ramel Antaran. Scores read 76-75, 77-74- and 77-74 all for Barriga.
Former world title contender Richie Mepranum came impressive by stopping Nicong Calamba in the second round. In the next bout, Aston Palicte dominated Rolan Jay Biendima via wide unanimous decision where all three judges scored the fight 100-89.
Sanman rising prospect Joey Canoy scored a unanimous decision win over Michael Camelion while Bryl Bayogos another UD win over Elizer Ambon. In the curtain raiser, Kenneth Egano stopped Nathaniel Juan in the opening round.
