Jayr “The Dreamer” Sarin Raquinel (born February 1, 1997 in Candoni, Negros Occidental, Philippines) is a Filipino southpaw who has held multiple regional titles across the lighter divisions. He reigned as OPBF flyweight champion from 2018 to 2019 and later captured the WBO Inter-Continental super-flyweight title in 2022.
